Become a Coach

Requirements to Coach at PRC

• Interview and Approval of PRC Head Coach
• Interview and Approval of PRC Director
• Register with USRowing as a Championship Member
• Certification as a USRowing Level 1 or Higher Coach
• Complete PRC Launch Driver Training
• Certified as a PRC Level 4 Member

Commitment

All coaches must make a personal commit to supporting a program (masters, open, U23, juniors/youth, coxswain, or recreational) for at at least two sessions per month.

Juniors coaches must make a commitment to at least two sessions per week during the fall and three sessions during the spring season.
