Frequently Asked Questions
What do I wear?
Fitted or spandex shorts are preferred. Loose fitting or baggy shorts can get caught in the sliding seat. A regular workout type shirt is fine. We recommend a hat regardless of weather, but not required.
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle and a towel. We have a filtered water source to fill/re-fill water bottle. A towel is good to have on the off chance you get wet as well as when we perform exercises on the ground.
What if I cannot make all the classes?
We will work with individuals to complete their Learn-to-Row.
